These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FollowFlow mobile application ("FollowFlow", "App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using FollowFlow, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
FollowFlow is designed to help users analyze data files that they choose to import into the App.

FollowFlow is intended to provide informational insights only.
Certain features of FollowFlow may require you to create an account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FollowFlow, or at least 16 years old where required by applicable law, including in the European Union.

FollowFlow processes imported data files locally on your device.
We do not upload your imported files to our servers for analysis.
However, FollowFlow may process and store limited account-related, subscription-related, usage-related, analytics, and diagnostic data as described in our Privacy Policy.

FollowFlow does not require your password for any third-party platform.
FollowFlow does not log into social media or third-party content accounts on your behalf.
FollowFlow does not directly access, connect to, scrape, or control any third-party content account.
The use of Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In is only for authentication to FollowFlow and does not mean that FollowFlow accesses your Apple, Google, social media, or third-party content accounts beyond the information provided for authentication.
The App works only with data files that you choose to import yourself.
You are responsible for obtaining any imported files lawfully and in accordance with any applicable third-party platform terms.
You are solely responsible for:
You must not use FollowFlow for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
FollowFlow may allow you to export analysis results generated inside the App.
Any exported content is created based on your imported data and your actions inside the App.
You are solely responsible for how you use, store, share, or distribute exported data.
We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your export, sharing, publication, or distribution of exported content.
FollowFlow provides insights based on the data files you import.
We do not guarantee that results will always be:
Results may depend on the structure, completeness, format, and freshness of the imported files.
You should not rely on FollowFlow as the sole source of truth for important decisions.
FollowFlow may offer paid subscription plans, including monthly or yearly subscriptions.
Subscription plans may provide access to premium features, usage limits, advanced insights, or other paid functionality.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through the payment system of the platform where you purchased the subscription, such as the Apple App Store or, if FollowFlow becomes available there, Google Play.
We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details directly.
We may use third-party services, such as RevenueCat, to manage subscription status and access to paid features.
For iOS users, your use of FollowFlow may also be subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable App Store rules.
FollowFlow may offer free trials or limited free access to paid features.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free trials at any time.
If a subscription is started through the Apple App Store or another platform provider, any trial, billing, renewal, or cancellation rules are governed by that platform’s terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the platform account settings where you purchased the subscription, such as your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings or, if applicable, Google Play subscription settings.
Deleting the App or deleting your FollowFlow account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
You must cancel the subscription through the applicable platform provider.
All payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform where the purchase was made, such as the Apple App Store or, if applicable, Google Play.
We do not issue refunds directly unless required by applicable law.
Refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.

FollowFlow is an independent application.
FollowFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Instagram, Meta, Apple, Google, or any other third-party platform, except where services such as Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, App Store billing, or Google Play billing are used as platform services.
Any references to third-party platforms, names, logos, screenshots, or interface elements are provided only for informational, instructional, or compatibility purposes.
All third-party names, trademarks, logos, and services belong to their respective owners.
FollowFlow, including its design, branding, features, text, graphics, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors.
The App may include third-party or open-source software components, which remain subject to their respective licenses.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on FollowFlow except as permitted by applicable law or applicable open-source licenses.
Using the App does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in FollowFlow.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of FollowFlow at any time.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may release updates, change features, remove features, or adjust subscription offerings over time.
FollowFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowFlow and its operators shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that you may have under applicable law.
You may delete your account through the App or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by platform providers.
You must cancel active subscriptions through the platform account settings where the subscription was purchased.
Your use of FollowFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect personal data.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy will control for privacy-related matters.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If significant changes occur, we may notify users through the App, by email, or by other appropriate means.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union.
Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
